(Bibliography/Syntax) Allow ['] in the story title

The ['] substitution is needed for titles like "Gone Fishin[']", with apostrophes outside of words. I7 now forbids all substitutions in bibliographic text, for good reason, but this one could be treated specially.

Even having the apostrophe considered an actual apostrophe and not a double quote would help. I could imagine a trailing apostrophe is used more often than double quotes.

['] shouldn't be thought of as a substitution, just an escaped character. All printable characters should be allowable in bibliographic text, though some may need to be escape in the source code (and others in the <iFiction>.)

The apostrophe wouldn't be the only one. The double quote as well. And the square brackets themselves, most likely.
